[Review] Gal*Gun : Double Peace (by YouNa)
Gal*Gun Series is a Gun Shooting game created by INTI CREATES, famous for the MegaMan Zero series. INTI CREATES is a company founded by CAPCOM graduates. And INTI CREATES is well known as Azure Striker Gunvolt which MegaMan's Spiritual Successor.
When the first series, Gal*Gun, was released at Tokyo Game Show 2010, the reaction was shocking. Nonetheless, the series has been widely supported by many users. It is easy to see that the user rating for this series of games is very positive even now.
Unlike the previous game(Gal*Gun), there are only two heroines in this game(Gal*Gun: Double Peace) that can be selected at first. Instead, when the conditions are met, the choices are gradually increased, and the endings can also be seen with extra characters.
In previous the game, there was a root crossing that was only in add mode. In this game, however, the system is basically applied, so it is possible to move the stage freely. The action sequence has changed more dramatically than before. If you look at it, it is filled with amazing action in a different sense. For example, you have to take out the heroine that is caught in the window frame.
